Duties & Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach the retail team, ensuring smooth operations and good vibes on the sales floor.
• Greet guests with energy, offer recommendations, and share product knowledge like a pro.
• Create the ultimate shopping experience by providing friendly, high-caliber service that makes people want to keep coming back for more.
• Receive and restock merchandise, keep the retail space looking sharp, and set up killer displays that draw people in.
• Assist with fulfilling online orders
• Help guests find the perfect gear, ring up transactions, and make sure payments are processed smoothly.
• Manage inventory and keep things organized from start to finish including receiving shipments, processing, stocking, and selling
• Process refunds professionally, and keep accurate sales records.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hospitality or sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree in marketing/business or related field preferred
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Must possess eloquent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, team and management
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter work ethic
• Customer service oriented focus with a passion for hospitality & building relationships with customers
