About You:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university required
- Previous leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing environment; preferably as an ADON, DON, MDS Coordinator or Director of Staff Development
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding Skilled Nursing facility operations
- We pay 90% of your Medical premiums! PPO or HDHP/HSA plans available
- Dental and Vision insurance also available
- 10k of Life/AD&D insurance, 100% paid by us!
