Job Responsibilities
The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patients throughout their treatment, performing routine checks of patients' vital signs, and ensuring that patients take their medication as prescribed. The LPN will also assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community, as well as liaise with patients' families.
Requirements
