Healthcare Education Coordinator

Job Description
The Staff Development Coordinator provides orientation and in-service education for facility employees. They design systems to prevent and control infections among residents and staff, based on quality assurance data. The coordinator works with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing. Infection control background is preferred but not required.
