Job Description
This job opening is for an occupational therapist to work at our skilled nursing community in Grand Junction, CO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide Diagnostic Evaluations and Treatment: Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
- Instruct Patients: Educate patients on adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices to promote independence and functionality.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate treatment plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association required.
- Experience: One year of experience preferred, but not required.
