Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing and grooming. You will also assist residents with daily activities of living (ADLs), such as eating, toileting and transferring. Additionally, you will answer patient call lights and respond to residents' needs, ensuring they receive prompt and effective care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current CNA certification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and compassion and empathy when interacting with residents. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team and also independently.
Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering $00 per hour DOE. A $2,000 Sign on Bonus is available for full-time positions only. We offer medical, dental, vision, generous Paid Time Off program, holidays, 401k and more benefits.
