RN Long-term Care Education Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to serve as our Long-term Care Education Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing education programs for staff members.
You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure that all staff members receive high-quality training and education that meets regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that meet regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain training plans to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of education programs
Requirements:
- Current RN license required
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- CPR certification desired
