We are currently seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to join our team at La Villa Grande Care Center. In this role, you will work closely with our Director of Nursing to ensure that all facility policies and procedures are carried out by every staff member, focusing on quality care and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key responsibilities include developing teaching plans and programs to cover training needs for all roles, working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care is held to the highest standard, and designing systems and approving actions to prevent/control and monitor reports of infections and/or potential infections among residents and staff.
