Responsibilities:
- Learns needs and develops in-service and continuing ed programs based on quality assurance data to meet needs and regulatory guidelines
- Develops and implements annual training plans to ensure quality care is held to the highest standard
- Ensures all facility policies and procedures are carried out by every staff member
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred but not required
- Background/training in infection control is preferred
