DESIGNER

Our team needs Designers to work with our clients and sales staff to develop interior design plans, deliver in-store client presentations and conduct in-home client house calls.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrates a high level of creativity.
- Design certification preferred.
- Able to work varied shifts, hours and days including some weekends and holidays
- Associates Degree in Interior Design or equivalent work experience.
- Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Sets high expectations. Drives performance towards outstanding results.
- Ability to develop rapport with clients and maintain working relationships.
- Clearly communicates and effectively listens to clients wants, needs, and desires.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for In-Home Design program.
- Showroom visual merchandising
- Achieve Design certification through La-Z-Boy programs
- Achieve personal sales/design goals
- Utilize In-Home Design Program to create sales
- Ensure each customer has informative, positive experience.
