- Intended hours:
Mon - Fri.: 1 pm - 6 pm (except Tuesdays)
Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm
OFF Tuesday and Sunday

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients effectively.
- Manage phone communications, including multi-line systems, ensuring professional etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation and scheduling.
- Support office management tasks, including calendar management and time management to ensure smooth daily operations.
