Primary Responsibilities include:
- · Drive Sales by personally selling and leading by example
- · Champion and role model the La-Z-Boy Selling process
- · Be wiling help close sales for sales associates
- · Promote our Free In-Home Design program
- Team up with Store manager, Designer and Sales Associate to drive store sales
- Train, coach and help develop Sales associates on product knowledge and selling skills
- Maximize store promotions, marketing initiatives and all selling programs
- Create a positive and exciting work environment
- Build report with customers
- Exceed monthly sales goals
- This role requires candidates to work weekends and holidays as these are our largest sales days
- Assist and lead in company training and functions
- Maintain the integrity of the showroom
- Adhere to all company policies
