Senior Associate, Hospitality Revenue Analyst
The LA28 Commercial Hospitality team is dedicated to redefining the Olympic and Paralympic hospitality experience by delivering premium, revenue-generating packages for key stakeholders and fans. In partnership with On Location, LA28’s Official Hospitality Provider, the team is responsible for integrating a commercial hospitality strategy that maximizes asset value and ensures revenue optimization.
Reporting to the Head of Hospitality, the Senior Associate, Hospitality Revenue Analyst will focus on financial modeling, revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and financial reporting for the hospitality business, including tracking usage of key hospitality assets.
This role will specifically ensure accurate tracking and reporting of revenues generated from On Location’s sales of hospitality packages and assets, ensuring alignment with LA28’s overall revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, revenue management, and large-scale event data tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Forecasting & Financial Analysis
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasts for hospitality assets, including tickets, accommodations, VAPPs, and immersive experiences, aligning forecasts with actual sales trends from On Location
- Conduct financial modeling to assess pricing strategies and revenue opportunities across multiple various hospitality package types
- Provide variance analysis and recommendations based on actual sales performance compared to revenue targets
- Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to analyze cost structures, profitability, and sales performance
- Monitor real-time pricing performance and recommend adjustments to optimize revenue potential from On Location’s hospitality sales
Data Management & Reporting
- Work with On Location to build and manage dashboards to track revenue performance, asset utilization, and pricing trends for hospitality products sold by On Location
- Generate detailed financial reports and presentations that translate sales data into actionable insights for LA28 leadership, stakeholders, and On Location
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in revenue reporting between On Location and internal LA28 functional areas (FAs)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a critical liaison with On Location’s external sales teams, ensuring streamlined revenue tracking and reconciliation
- Work closely with LA28 ticketing, finance, and asset management teams to maintain accurate, aligned financial reporting
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to evaluate the financial implications of hospitality asset allocations
- Support the development of revenue reconciliation processes and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners
Operational Support
- Assist in the preparation and execution of Games-time operations related to ticketing, accommodations, accreditations, and VAPPs
- Provide training and resources to relevant teams on revenue management tools and systems
- Support real-time decision-making during the Games to address unforeseen challenges or changes in asset requirements
Background & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue management, or pricing strategy, preferably in the sports, live events, or hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and pricing optimization
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, or other data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Ability to translate complex data sets into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets and dashboard creation to monitor key performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site in an office environment, based in Los Angeles, CA
- The majority of work will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment
Education:

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
