The crisis counseling role requires flexibility and the ability to work independently. The job involves balancing outreach, counseling, support groups, resource referral, and community risk assessments based on the needs of the community and the requirements of the grant.You will engage in time-limited, culturally proficient, non-clinical emotional and crisis support sessions to affected populations; individuals and communities in recovering from the effects of natural and human-caused disasters.
