Manager, Ticket Operations :
The Manager of Ticket Operations will manage the day-to-day development, communication, and serve as the intermediary between LA28 functional areas and the Ticket Service Provider. In addition, this role will be responsible for facilitating the development of the Games Time staffing plans and placement of Ticket Resolution areas.
The Ticketing department is responsible for developing a robust Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Ticket Operations strategy for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This encompasses maximizing revenue through sold-out and fully attended events, while ensuring accessible pricing and broad access to the General Public.
Reporting to the Head of Ticketing Strategy & Operations for LA28, the Manager of Ticket Operations will be responsible for the program management of the ticketing system, including coordination of the delivery of the B2B and administrative ticketing technology solutions, operational planning and Games time ticketing support.
In addition, this position will collaborate with key ticketing functional leaders to set department & cross functional meetings, as well as aggregate data from IOC, IPC, and partners.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 . The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
