JDC currently has an exciting opportunity for a bilingual Domestic Violence Staff Attorney to be part of the team! This position is located at our new office, 50 Fremont Street, in San Francisco.
About the Job :
The Domestic Violence Attorney will provide representation as well as brief advice and consults to survivors of domestic violence in their family law matters before the San Francisco Unified Family Court.
Essential Job Functions :

- Provide full-scope representation, limited scope representation, and consults to survivors of DV in their family law matters.
- Staff monthly legal clinics, providing brief family law services, at a local community-based organization.
- Work closely with JDC supervising attorney and other project staff attorneys.
- Work closely with JDC staff on ongoing reassessment and adjustment of project design and delivery of services.
