We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization and supports our mission. This is a part-time position requiring 15–25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization’s Salesforce environment, including user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Create and modify reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for staff and stakeholders.
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation processes to optimize efficiency.
- Provide training and technical support to staff to ensure effective use of the platform.
- Perform regular data audits to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with staff to understand operational needs and develop solutions within Salesforce to enhance program delivery and reporting.
- Integrate third-party applications and tools to expand Salesforce functionality as needed.
- Monitor system performance and apply updates or troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Document all processes, configurations, and changes for organizational reference.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support LaAmistad’s goals and mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including data management, security, and process automation.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred; Advanced Administrator or other certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with integrations and tools such as Zapier, Tableau, or other CRM-related applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have access to reliable transportation and hold a valid driver’s license.
