We are proud to design and manufacture high-efficiency residential and commercial hydronic boilers, volume water heaters, and commercial pool heaters at our Rochester NH, USA headquarters that meet the needs of today with over 20 different heating products and supporting accessories and controls.
Our talented professional, technical, and administrative staff, along with our onsite state-of-the-art research and development laboratory and onsite manufacturing operations, allows us to focus on the continued growth and success of our organization.
We are hiring a First Shift Mechanical/Electrical Assembler for our busy manufacturing department. This position is working on one of our many product lines using hand and power tools to put together a boiler from scratch. Cross-training on multiple stations and products is our practice. Our first shift hours are Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30pm, with the possibility of overtime on Fridays. $1500 Sign On Bonus! Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Education and/or Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skill Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Dependable
- Ability to be flexible on working overtime

Vision abilities are needed for the use of computers, blueprint, diagrams, finding visual defects in paint or steel, and other purposes.
