Laars Heating Systems Company, a subsidiary of Bradford White Corporation, is a recognized industry leader in the design and manufacturing of commercial and residential boilers, water heaters, and pool heaters. We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our team in Rochester, NH.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with production, sales, and purchasing teams to develop and adjust schedules to meet production goals.
- Monitoring the production process, making routine production reports, and resolving any potential delay.
- Updating production schedule to include changes, availability of raw materials, and capacity constraints.
- Promote and support continuous improvement within assigned area.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules that align with company objectives.
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements.
- Other responsibilities related to the job may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Production Controller, Production Planner, or similar role.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Proficient on MS Office and ERP systems, experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP a plus.
