Lab Liquidators LLC is a quickly-growing small business that specializes in scientific equipment resale. Based in Fargo, North Dakota, Lab Liquidators offers a wide selection of instruments and devices used by scientific and industrial companies across North America.

As our Warehouse & eCommerce Associate, you will split your time between hands-on warehouse operations and online sales tasks. You’ll ensure our equipment is packed securely for shipment, maintain our inventory, and help list products on our eCommerce platforms. While no specialized lab equipment knowledge is required to start, you should be detail-oriented and comfortable doing internet research to learn product details.

Warehouse Operations (Approx. 20 hrs/week)

• Pack and ship equipment in a safe, organized manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory (receiving, sorting, labeling)
• Perform light cleaning and general warehouse upkeep
• Data entry for inventory tracking
• Occasionally assist with basic testing or inspection of equipment (training provided)

Online Listing & Sales (Approx. 20 hrs/week)

• Photograph lab equipment to showcase accurate details for listings
• Create and maintain product listings on Shopify and eBay
• Write clear, concise titles and descriptions for each item (researching specs online)
• Monitor online listings for accuracy and update as needed
• Work with the team to brainstorm ways to improve listing quality and sales

Must-Haves

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a mostly temperature-controlled warehouse (occasional colder temperatures)
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with good communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel); familiarity with eBay or Shopify is a plus
• Willingness to learn about lab equipment and basic testing/repairs over time

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience
• Experience with product photography or online sales
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

• Hourly wage dependent on experience
• Health coverage paid at 50%
