Lab & Lounge is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Salon Coordinator/Assistant to become part of our vibrant team! As a bustling full-service salon catering to VIP guests and offering exciting offsite opportunities, we need someone who thrives in a lively environment and excels at organizing, communicating, and leading our schedule, team members, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate warmly and effectively with our guests
- Schedule a variety of services to keep our salon running smoothly
- Process payments and ensure all guests have their payment information on file
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide top-notch support
- Support team members throughout the day to foster a collaborative atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the salon
- Pay attention to detail to ensure everything runs perfectly
- Assist team leaders with various tasks
- Manage inventory systems including supplies and retail
- Help manage online platforms
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, polite, and possesses excellent communication skills. A friendly and reassuring telephone voice, an outgoing personality, and a passion for staying busy are a must!
