Position: Community Manager
Hours: 6 hours per week to start, with a 30-day trial period and growth potential based on performance
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation
- Content Calendar Management: Plan and execute a detailed social media calendar, creating captivating posts, reels, and stories aligned with La.BOTANICA’s voice.
- Engagement & Community Building: Use interactive posts, live sales, and email campaigns to grow our audience and foster a strong, engaged online community.
- Influencer Outreach: Develop a micro-influencer program to identify and collaborate with influencers aligned with La.BOTANICA’s mission, broadening brand reach.
- Content Repurposing: Transform blogs, newsletters, and other resources into cohesive social media content to maintain consistency across platforms.
Workshops & Brand Storytelling
- Quarterly Workshops: Develop one workshop per quarter with video and PDF components to educate and engage our audience while tying into our brand values.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas and create authentic content that resonates with our audience.
Performance Tracking
- Analytics: Track engagement metrics and audience growth, using data to refine strategies and maximize impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in social media management, community building, or digital marketing (preferably in beauty, wellness, or herbal industries).
- A passion for indie brands, plant-based beauty, and creating meaningful customer connections.
- Creativity, excellent organizational skills, and a strong sense of storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, video editing, and influencer outreach tools.
