What are the responsibilities and job description for the Anticipated Physical Therapist - FTE .60 Position position at LABBB Educational Collaborative?
LABBB Collaborative is seeking to fill a part-time physical therapy position. LABBB Collaborative provides services to students ages 3-22 within the public school buildings across member districts for a variety of learning differences and needs.
Qualifications:
-Physical Therapist must be a graduate with a Master’s Degree or higher in Physical therapy from an accredited school.
-Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by the Board of of Allied Health
-At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Responsibilities
-Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical therapy evaluations
-Develop and implement physical therapy treatment goals through direct and indirect services in addition to consultation with families and school teams
-Collaborate with members of multidisciplinary teams including teachers, BCBA, OT, SLP, and Vision providers, APE staff, and provide consultation or training to the staff and caregivers as needed or requested to support skill development and generalization
-Complete regular documentation including data collection, daily notes, progress notes, individualized education plans, and Medicaid billing as requested
-Attend IEP, progress, and re-evaluation meetings for students on the caseload in addition to other team meetings upon request
-Travel across LABBB collaborative sites as needed
-Willingness and experience working with students with various medical and behavior challenges preferred

Salary : $68,298 - $129,901
