Job Title: Medical Screener/Community Health Worker
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Screener/Community Health Worker to join our team. As a Medical Screener/Community Health Worker, you will provide biometric testing services, review participant screening results, and provide health education to promote healthy behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct biometric screenings, including height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist measurement, blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose.
- Explain participant screening results and provide actionable recommendations for healthy behavior.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with participants.
- Develop and deliver health education presentations to promote healthy behaviors.
Requirements:
- Certified Registered Dietitian with experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing.
- Background check and drug test clearance.
- Age 18 or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accepted medical guidelines and practices.
