To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Washington issued Phlebotomy License or an application filed with the Washington Department of Health at time of hire. You should be comfortable working under minimal supervision and flexible to work overtime as needed. Additionally, you must be able to attend a two-week training in Seattle, WA.
