We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Phlebotomist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing skilled specimen collections, providing exceptional customer service, and being the face of the company.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency, previous experience as a phlebotomist, and proven track records in providing exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
