Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Blood Collector to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of our company. You will also have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with rotating Saturdays. The work location is Abington, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other medical procedures.
- Enter patient information accurately and timely into our system.
- Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Travel to additional sites when required.
