In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques, and maintaining accurate patient information records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have completed a phlebotomy training program from an accredited agency, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You should also be proficient in data entry, able to maintain confidentiality, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
