- Implement quality control measures to prevent errors and improve overall laboratory performance
- Communicate effectively with laboratory staff, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless laboratory operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Clinical Laboratory Science
- Meet regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field is highly preferred
- Knowledge of laboratory information systems and computer applications is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CLIA and state regulations
- Basic life support training
