About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Assistant to join our team in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of our company.
You will have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization, and may be eligible for participation in our PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
- Must have valid California issued Phlebotomy License or application filed with California Department of Health at time of hire
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
