About the Job: We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of our company.
Work Schedule: Your planned work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The hours/location may change based on business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification, and proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. You will also need to be comfortable working independently or in a team environment and have strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
