Key Responsibilities:
- Collect medical specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process specimens for testing and analysis
- Enter patient data accurately and efficiently
- Prepare collected specimens for transport to laboratories
- Support laboratory operations and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
