Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team at one of our Patient Service Centers or client offices. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and serving as the face of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for various tests, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
- Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently.
- Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain accurate logs of patient and specimen information.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred.
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist essential.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
