- As a Phlebotomist, you will collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- You will process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accurate and timely results
- You will communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- You will participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to maintain high-quality patient care
