You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Education and Certification
To be successful as a phlebotomist, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred), previous experience as a phlebotomist, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. You should also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Reliability, flexibility, and a clean driving record (if applicable) are also essential requirements.
