Job Description:
- Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, driving quality patient care through accurate and timely test results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or meet local regulatory requirements
- Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience required, or an MLS degree
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
