">As a Lab Technician Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our laboratory technicians with specimen processing and testing. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques, and maintain accurate logs of patient and specimen information.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist laboratory technicians with specimen processing and testing. ">
- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques. ">
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients. ">

- Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently. ">

Requirements:
">- High school diploma or equivalent required. ">
- Phlebotomy certification preferred. ">
- Previous experience as a lab technician assistant preferred. ">
- Pediatric experience a plus. ">
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. ">
- Strong communication skills. ">
- Able to work independently or as part of a team. ">
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision. ">
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable. ">
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed. ">
