Job Description
This Clinical Laboratory Supervisor position is responsible for supervising laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in test results, and directing laboratory personnel in their work. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of laboratory operations and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience as a Technologist.
- Previous supervisor/leadership experience and ASCP or AMT certification are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and state regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
