Responsibilities include:
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other medical procedures.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required.
A valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary.
Ability to work overtime as needed is a plus.
