Job Responsibilities
- Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages by venipuncture and capillary techniques.
- Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
- Provide accurate and timely data entry of patient information.
- Maintain patient and specimen logs.
- Offer superior customer service to all patients.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program from an accredited agency required.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
