Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, processing billing information, and maintaining accurate logs of patient and specimen information.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other medical procedures.
- Enter patient data accurately and efficiently into our database system.
- Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain accurate logs of patient and specimen information.
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable.

- PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
