Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Zion, Illinois. As a Float Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing blood collections, data entry, and providing exceptional customer service to patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Travel to additional sites when needed
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification: Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist
- Experience: At least 2 years of phlebotomy experience with all age patients
- Skills: Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License and good driving record
Benefits
- Competitive pay rate: $15-25 per hour
- Flexible work schedule: Monday – Friday, scheduled hours vary between 6:00am-8:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-5:00pm
- Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement for Float Incentive
