Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team in Asheville, NC. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment performing routine and complex technical procedures according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures. You will also be responsible for monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting instrumentation to ensure proper functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Associate's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or meet local regulatory requirements. Previous clinical laboratory testing experience is highly preferred, as well as ASCP or AMT certification. You must also be able to work independently and within a team environment, with a high level of attention to detail and strong communication and organizational skills.
