Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collections specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
- Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
- Billing information and collect payments when required
- Maintaining patient and specimen information logs
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
- Prior experience as a phlebotomist is necessary
