The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently or in a team environment, and have a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient and specimen information
Requirements:
