We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in our Patient Service Centers or Client offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of our company.

We offer a competitive pay range of $16- $21.31 per hour, and eligible employees may participate in our PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
