We're seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Coordinator to join our team in Monroe, NJ.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Patient Service Centers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working under minimal supervision and be able to travel to additional sites when needed.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist.
Prior experience in a leadership position is a plus, but not required.
The selected candidate will undergo training to obtain phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
