We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist to join our team at Labcorp. As a Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of our company.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office, where you will interact with patients, collect specimens, and process billing information. You will also be required to maintain patient and specimen information logs, prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis, and provide administrative support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency, and at least 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist. You should also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently or in a team environment.
