Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting
- A minimum of 1 year experience in phlebotomy
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Age 21 or older
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
