Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency. Previous experience as a phlebotomist is also required. You must have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You should also be able to work independently or in a team environment, be comfortable working under minimal supervision, and have reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is also essential.
